Jul 2006	Ranked 14th overall in The Edge Top Property Developer Awards 2006 based on Qualitative and Quantitative attributes.
Oct 2006	Named as Forbes Magazine's “200 Best under A Billion” Asian Company for the second year running, Mah Sing Group is one of only 8 Malaysian companies, and only 1 of 2 local property developers to make the prestigious list.
Mac 2007	Received award in MBJB's Johor State Landscape Competition.
